Ever been to a group fitness class that felt chaotic, impersonal, and random? That’s the opposite of Team Training at SpreeWayFitness.
Our Team Training sessions are coach-led and intentionally programmed to build strength, improve conditioning, and support fat loss—without breaking your body down. Every workout follows a structured plan rooted in smart training principles and real-world results, not random exercises designed just to make you tired.
Each member is guided through an introduction process to determine the appropriate challenge level, allowing for safe progression and long-term results. We believe anyone can make you sweat—but not everyone can help you improve.
To support consistency and joint health, Team Training also includes a dedicated mobility-focused training day designed to improve movement quality, recovery, and resilience.
Small Group Training – 3 Days Per Week
Our three-day-per-week Small Group Training option is designed for clients seeking a higher training frequency with a balanced focus on strength, conditioning, and overall performance. This option provides structured programming, individualized coaching, and accountability within a dynamic group setting.
StrongHer is an all-women’s small group training experience dedicated to building strength and confidence in a supportive, empowering environment. Designed as a two-days-per-week option within our Small Group Personal Training model, StrongHer combines structured strength training with accountability, coaching, and community.
Members train alongside a group of strong, like-minded women while receiving hands-on coaching and support that extends beyond the gym—helping reinforce consistency in fitness, nutrition, mindset, and recovery.
Semi-Private Personal Training at SpreeWayFitness delivers elite, coach-driven training in a highly focused environment. Each client follows an individualized program based on their goals while training alongside no more than three other clients per session.
This format allows for hands-on coaching, detailed form correction, and intentional progression—providing the structure and personalization of one-on-one training with the energy and accountability of a small group.
1:1 Personal Training at SpreeWayFitness offers 60-minute private training sessions designed to help beginners feel confident, supported, and successful from day one. Each session is fully customized to your fitness level, goals, and needs, with a strong focus on learning proper movement, building strength, and progressing safely.
This option is ideal for beginners, those returning to exercise, or anyone who wants individualized attention in a calm, judgment-free environment. With dedicated coaching, hands-on guidance, and encouragement throughout each session, clients are able to build confidence, consistency, and long-term habits at their own pace.

Small Group Personal Training at SpreeWayFitness provides structured, coach-led training in a focused group environment designed to deliver results without sacrificing individual attention. Sessions follow intentional programming built around strength, conditioning, and long-term progress, while allowing clients to train alongside others for motivation and accountability.
This training model includes multiple small group options based on training frequency and focus, including StrongHer, our women-focused strength and conditioning program. While StrongHer has its own enrollment option, it operates within the Small Group Personal Training model and follows the same coaching standards, structure, and accountability.
Small Group Personal Training is ideal for clients who want professional coaching, consistency, and results—without the cost of one-on-one training.
Youth Training (Ages 8–13)
Our Youth Training Program is designed for kids ages 8–13, focusing on proper movement, coordination, strength development, and athletic confidence in a safe, coach-led environment.
